Phouc Vo

Chef Phuoc Vo isn’t your average chef. He’s spent over a decade cooking in some of the country’s top kitchens, from the Ritz-Carlton to JW Marriott and even Disneyland. Classically trained but fueled by global flavors, Phuoc is all about food that’s precise, intentional, and a little playful. You may have seen him on Food Network TV (Ciao House finalist, Cutthroat Kitchen: Knives Out competitor), where he proved he can stay cool under pressure and keep the creativity flowing. Now, he’s bringing that same mix of polish and passion to his own projects, crafting menus that pair perfectly with a good time. Expect bold flavors, thoughtful details, and a chef who genuinely loves creating memorable bites.

Aidan Friedson

Aidan Friedson is a two-time Chopped Junior Champion and a graduate of the Miami Herbert Business School. Having spent his entire life immersed in food and hospitality, he discovered early on that food isn’t just about flavor: it’s a universal language, a way to tell stories and bring people together. He believes that food transcends boundaries and has the power to connect people from all walks of life. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, he continues to merge his love for hospitality with a sharp business focus, building for the future.
